RISD Retirees Recognized at June Board Meeting

The Russellville Independent School District proudly recognized its retirees for the 2025-2026 school year during the Board of Education meeting held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the following dedicated staff members who have retired this year:

Deborah Taylor, Tina Shoemake, Linda Yancey, Sandy Ramsey, Robin Cornelius, Carol Kees, Debbie Browder, Lisa Meacham, and Jennifer Rogers.

Their many years of committed service, expertise, and care have left a lasting impact on our students, colleagues, and the entire Russellville community. Their contributions have helped shape the educational experiences of countless young people, and their legacy will continue to inspire future generations.

As we honor their service, the Russellville Independent School District remains firmly committed to our strategic plan of becoming A District of Choice. We continue to support a culture of belonging and connection that fosters a supportive and inclusive educational environment for all students, staff, and families.

Thank you for your service. You will be greatly missed, and we wish you joy, health, and fulfillment in this well-earned next chapter.
